Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of crownup.lol (the “Service”), including the public boards, listing pages and checkout. By using the Service, creating a listing or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Operator

The Service is operated by CrownUp Labs (“we”, “us”). Provider details are on the Imprint. Legal notices: legal@crownup.lol.

What you are buying

CrownUp is a paid public ranking. A payment places your listing on the boards at the rank its total supports when the payment confirms, as described in the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not reviews, endorsements or independent rankings.

A payment does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed duration at any rank, or protection from being outbid. Any rank — including the crown — can be taken by someone who pays more.

Your listing

• You must own, or be authorised to represent, the website or profile you list.
• Your listing must be lawful and must not be deceptive, sexual, hateful, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Websites you list must show valid operator or company details where the law requires them.
• We may edit a listing's category, strip tracking parameters, or resolve shortened links.

Payments

• Prices are in whole US dollars. Raises only charge the difference between your new and current total.
• Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• All payments are final. Being outbid or dethroned, a board resetting, or removal for breaking these Terms or the Rules does not entitle you to a refund, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
• If someone else pays while you are in checkout, your rank is set by the board at the moment your payment confirms.

Removal

We may remove or hide any listing that breaks these Terms or the Rules, or that we are legally required to remove. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes apply to payments made after the update is published on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
